Exceptional
Liked: The evening desk clerk was very friendly and our check in was quick and went smoothly. She said her name was Ashley and she would be there until 11pm if we needed anything at all and to just let her know. Her hospitality made my daughters and self feel welcomed and almost like we extended family. I had to come down to the snack cupboard to see if there were ketchup, mustard or mayo available as we door dashed our dinner and the restaurant hadn't provided any with our order. I saw Ashely interacting with other guests in the same pleasant and professional manner in which she had treated us. Thank you, Ashley, so much for adding to our trip to make it such a pleasant encounter and our stay more enjoyable!! I would give Ashley a 5 star rating and hope this review helps her to receive positive recognition from management and even maybe a free meal or coffee or gas card as incentive to keep doing an amazing job and let her know how much she is appreciated!!
Disliked: We had door dashed our dinner which consisted of cheese burgers and the app didn't give an option to request the burgers include ketchup, mustard or mayonaise. We visited then snack cupboard in hopes of finding some condiments packs or even just small bottles of the items and these items were not available. It would have alos been nice if there were more drink options available in the coolers. The overnight desk clerk was away from the desk at the time we had come downstairs to leave at 6am and I had stopped into the snack cupboard to grab a coffee for the road. I went in and there wasn't a single cup and the area was dirty around the coffee nook and the creamer I had chosen was nearly empty. Ashley had replaced the second creamer option the previous evening for another guest as I saw her do so when we were checking for the condiments. I went to the front desk to find a sign that said to use the phone to call for service. After many rings by both desk phones, a young man came out and I had asked him for "A cup for coffee," he returned with a shorter stack of 10-12 cups and handed them to me. I said thank you and put the extra cups in the appropriate area, got my coffee and we left. The young man had disappeared into the back as soon as he gave me the cups. When we came through to exit and check out, just minutes later, the front desk was still without the clerk. We left our room keys nearest to the keyboard as possible. This left a feeling completely opposite of how were were received and welcomed at our check in. It was unappreciated that I was handed a stack of coffee cups to place for other guests to make his job easier, which, I wouldn't have minded doing so at all if he had even spoken to me. He didn't speak as to ask if I minded restocking the cups. It was just implied. Which I found to be not only rude, but annoying.

Disappointing
Disliked: When we checked in the cleaning staff had left cleaning supplies in the room. The room and hallways smelled bad and of smoke despite being a smoke free facility.

NO complaints - comfortable stay...
Liked: Staff was very accommodating. Relocated to another room due to phone not working and toilet (seat) being broke. Beautiful staff member came to room door and explained it may take some time for maintenance to come and it was the weekend and asked if I preferred to relocate (she already had keys with her). She was very pleasant and always smiled throughout my stay.
