Disliked: Lights didn’t work in my room. Toilet seat was broken. And the front desk staff was not professional.

Beautiful suite!

Liked: The room was ultra nice and comfortable. It’s a proper suite, with a fridge and dishes and everything! We loved it!
Disliked: The AC in the room had a small fan that was meant to push air into the bedroom where I was sleeping, it didn’t work well and I got alittle hot that night

Spend your money elsewhere

Liked: The bed was pretty comfortable, and the room's kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes and such. WiFi also seemed fairly good and reliable, though I didn't get the chance to use it much.
Disliked: The overall feel of the hotel was "nobody cares about this place, and they haven't for a long time." I arrived well after midnight but the front doors of the hotel were standing wide open with nobody at the front desk. I had to use the lobby phone to call the front desk, and only after the phone rang several times did somebody emerge from a back room to check me in.When I got to my room its walls had obvious scuffs, dents, and dings all over the place, the bathtub's floor was very stained, the faucets were loose and wobbly, and the overall feel of it suggested nobody had considered doing anything but cursory bits of maintenance or cleaning for quite awhile. It should also be stated (though there's nothing that the hotel can really do about this) that noise from I-95 is LOUD within the building. Even in the middle of the night the road noise from passing cars and trucks was constant. So, if you need a quieter environment to sleep then that's probably going to be a huge deal breaker.

Priced good for a stay...

Liked: The price was good for the 3 nights and 4 days we needed it for and the location was ideal.
Disliked: Smelled horrible, visible mouse traps of all varieties all over, our key cards didn't work after each night which was inconvenient when getting in late and going up to our room to find out. Then being asked when we were checking out when going to get our cards working each night. Also, we had a merchandise package overnighted to the hotel we needed for an event. We weren't there when UPS confirmed it was delivered, so I called the front desk, was put on hold for 10+ minutes while they "checked" and was told it wasn't there under either of our names (it was under BOTH NAMES) and was specifically told UPS didnt bring it in, it was also a BIG BOX/HARD TO MISS. Until we got the confirmation text sent to us with the employees name who signed for it sent to us and I called back again and told them we had proof one of their employees signed for the package and all of a sudden it was found. HEAVY police presence setup in parking lot too which was different...
