Liked: First, let me say the staff was among the best I have ever had at any hotel. They were welcoming, friendly, helpful and informative. Always ready to help with anything they could without question. They got it done and figured it out. Main reason for giving this hotel high marks. Bed was comfortable. Stainless steel pots/pans. Laundry room and fitness room were in same area so you can work out while doing laundry. Great idea! 2 birds, one stone! Can print from business center and use computers provided. Great location!!! stones throw to Crabtree Valley Mall which has about 10 restaurants and good shopping. Close to main highways and stores you'd need to go to for an extended stay.
Disliked: The room felt cramped. I had 2 spoons; 2 forks; 2 dishes small and large each. Was kind of sparse and kitchen area very small and limited. TV wasn't mounted in a way that made it comfortable to view from bed. For an extended stay was rough and not comfortable. Had to eat at desk where I worked and tv was to the side. Just uncomfortable.
