Liked: Loved that it was super central to everything and I loved the full sized fridge in the room. Everyone on staff is so kind and helpful! Anything you need, they’re more than happy to help!
Disliked: I would have loved to have a pool, but I’m happy that was the only downside.

Wouldn’t return due to Management
Disliked: After staying here for two weeks—halfway through my month-long stay—I was shocked and disappointed by how I was treated. I understand that some people take advantage of service dog accommodations, so I don’t mind being asked reasonable questions. However, the assistant general manager’s approach was completely inappropriate. I was questioned in a way that showed a clear lack of understanding of ADA regulations and the hotel's own policies regarding off-leash service animals.To make matters worse, she refused to acknowledge she was incorrect, maintaining a terrible attitude throughout the interaction—to the point where I asked for a refund so I could leave. When I escalated the issue to the general manager, he did apologize but offered nothing beyond that, despite me paying a substantial amount of money to be there,. The only reason I didn’t leave was that I had already been there for two weeks, and packing up all my belongings at that point would have been a hassle and an additional financial burden I couldn’t afford.This experience made me feel unwelcome and unfairly judged. Businesses should ensure that their management staff is properly trained on accessibility laws and customer service, particularly when it comes to accommodating individuals with disabilities. I would not recommend this hotel to service dog handlers until they take the necessary steps to educate their staff on proper policies and respectful interactions.

Disliked: Stayed 14 days and couldn’t get my room cleaned until the last day. Housekeeper kept leaving notes that the Do Not Disturb sign was on my door and it wasn’t. Front desk person telling me there was a language barrier. Doesn’t make sense to me. Highly disappointed and spent more than enough money over $2k staying here for this nonsense.
