Would have liked a packet of coffee for the morning. Had to check out to get a cup of coffee. Front desk not helpful.

Liked: Liked the set up in the room.
Disliked: Toilet dirty upon arrival - asked front desk to clean but they never showed up. Shower had cold water in AM. When I called the front desk they said there were too many people taking showers.

I did this in the...

Liked: nothing, I was told I could check in early and when I got there, nothing was ready. Also, I was told I had $150 incidentals that would go back on my card after 10 days. That’s absolutely ridiculous. A nicer hotel across the street only charges 15 others charge 50. After finding out that I would have to pay that and then sit and wait for a room and the lady couldn’t tell me when it would ever be ready anytime soon I went elsewhere.

Beyond expectations

Liked: Cleanliness, great staff and great location. All store and restaurant were within walking distance. Check in was easy and the pool was also great.

Very good

Liked: Conveniently located. The suite was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: The ground floor window was unlatched when I first entered the room. The room was a bit outdated and in need of ia refresh. There was not one single USB port to be found in the room.

Booking.com was wrong!

Liked: The ladies at the desk were great.
Disliked: That Booking.com says pet fee is included when it is not. And the hotel has contacted Booking.com many times and it does not get removed from the listings.

Liked: nothing
Disliked: I had to wait for 30 mins to check in.. cause after 10pm the desk clerk leaves until 11.. which is what I was told by another hotel client while I was waiting. The Room is nasty.. sticky carpet to no padding for the pull out sofa, queen bed was freaking hard.Only plus side was how close to town it was.
