Very good

Liked: The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was a nice size, and the facility was clean overall. I didn't feel safe, despite the constant flow of traffic.
Disliked: I didn't care too much for the location as it was located in the same plaza as a grocery store. You also had a guy selling household items on the corner where you would exit.

My Candlewood Experience!

Liked: The property was very nice and clean!! Excellent snack room with decent prices, along with free coffee!!! We ate at a Mexican food truck across the street, but The area was surrounded with other choices of stores and places to eat. We went to Pensacola Beach it took us 21 minutes from the hotel. The beautiful view getting there I enjoyed the whole 21 minutes. Thank you Candlewood keep up the great service!!!
Disliked: When I booked my room , I chose the option to pay at the property. However you still have to a least put a card on file, which was absolutely understood. But around 1:00 just after noon ,as I was traveling there I received an email that my card declined and that if I didn’t contact the property within the next two hours updating my card information I would lose my reservation. Normally I don’t check my email while traveling but , for some reason I did. I called the property and David was the young man That ran my card, because he stated that they were sold out of rooms and that’s what they do to make sure that That They aren’t holding a room that can be sold to the next person. Again I had no idea of this part of their policy when I chose to pay at property. The only thing that concerns me is , if I had not looked at my email , I would have gotten there and my room would have been sold.. So I guess if you choose to pay at property, just call the property and give them a heads up that you are still coming.
