Disliked: I received a call saying about overbooking and I need a refund because I didn't stay in the hotel even though I had canceled they charged in my credit card the full payment. Booking.com says that the problem is the hotel, the hotel says that the problem is with Booking.com I don't know what to do.

Liked: Great value. Location was near everything. Even had gas station next door. Bed was nice, room clean.
Disliked: AC was out in the hallways. Only affected us coming and going though.

Don’t waste your money

Liked: Close to Pier Park.
Disliked: The parking was absolutely horrible. I had to take up two parking places just for my Nissan Armada. The front desk was not helpful at all. The room was miserably hot and once it got cooled off you could not adjust the temp. We had a baby crib in the room when I asked for sheets I was given a queen size fitted sheet.
