Disliked: Humidity was so bad, my husbands Cpap machine malfunctioned as well as everything in the room being “ moist “. Room not cleaned properly.. food left in fridge dirty rags in shower.. when we reported the issues the staff was not surprised at all. Tells me this isn’t a new issue. We’ve stayed at candlewoods all over even on this trip but this was by far the worst one we’ve stayed at.

Fix the door

Liked: Location is good with everything nearby a traveler may need.Rooms are nice
Disliked: Door to room 208 is damaged and very hard to open or close.Could be a safety concern.Othsr than that, no complaints.

housekeeping tried to steal our...

Disliked: the room was very damp just the air felt kinda wet and it made the furniture damp too also while we were packing to leave we decided we needed to make two trips and on the way back up to make a second trip housekeeping was already clearing our room. we had only left the drinks (a couple waters and some seltzers from the night before) in the fridge. we had to ask if our stuff was still there and they couldn’t tell us yes or no just looked at us, so we had to ask again and one woman said “oh we took it” and then we got a measly “oh sorry we thought you left” from the first woman and the second woman had to walk back to the room at the end of the hallway to get our waters and seltzers. once we had our stuff back and had done a final check of the room and left the second woman was still at our door and couldn’t look us in the eye. we got no actual apology and had to push them to even tell us that they had taken our seltzers. just to note check out was at 12pm and they were clearing our room at 10am.

Disliked: I was unable to check in despite Booking agent saying the property had already received payment. It was after midnight and we had to find other accommodations.

Subpar

Liked: It was in a convenient location.
Disliked: The whole place was dirty. Particularly the elevator.

Disliked: The beds were to close to the walls. We needed extra blankets but was given duvey covers. We were over charged for the room. There was no breakfast provided as stayed in the description.
