Disappointing

Liked: Staff was pleasant and nice
Disliked: Room was dirty. Floor hadn't been swept and if so, not very good, tub was dirty, and bed had hair in it. Had trash cans sitting around in lobby catching water from leaks. Sounded like the entire third floor had a football game in the hall.

Liked: Nice room
Disliked: Pet fee was little high $

Disliked: Room was dirty, thick dust on top of fridge. Construction ongoing with poor construction housekeeping. Material lying in hallways. Tv remote is universal and doesnt allow input choice.

Liked: Love that you have a kitchen with everything you need. Staff is very nice as well.
Disliked: Parking area could be better.

Disliked: When arriving the parking felt unsafe - the area was not well lit and people on the corner standing around. As we entered the lobby there was a weird odor. The guy behind the check in desk was not dressed professionally and was sitting behind glass

Disliked: Room dirty and very worn out. Broken fixtures in bathroom.

Liked: The location...close to the freeway. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The front desk girls were not friendly at all. The carpet was dirty. We had no top sheet on our bed, just the comforter with a sheet on top. The side door by the stairs was propped open with a rock which we removed 3 times...terrible security!!
