Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchenette that provided everything needed. The 2 women at the desk were so friendly and helpful.

Liked: Location, clean, staff was very friendly. They accommodated me with the floor I requested.
Disliked: The only issue was that the bath tub did not drain properly. It was very slow.

Feels like home.

Liked: I have stayed at this location in Oak Grove, TN several times. It has never failed me. The entire staff always goes above and beyond to make my stay feel like home. I highly recommend staying there, especially if you are traveling with kids. The size of the rooms make it a lot more comfortable for everyone.
Disliked: The part I didn't like has to do with the guest. The staff helped make it better. I couldn't find a luggage cart the night before I left. I wanted to load some things and they were all missing. I had time on my hands and I went to every floor looking for one. When I went to the desk to ask about one they apologized about people hoarding them in their rooms. The staff got a laundry cart for me to use. I was able to load my stuff and make my check out a breeze. I wish there was a way to stop guest from hoarding them. Maybe have to use your key and put a time limit on them at night. That way everyone gets to use them.
