Not worth the price.
Liked: Staff was really nice and friendly but the services were terrible. When you asked for assistance they either forgot or took a very long time to assist.

Got off to a rocky...
Liked: Namika(unsure of spelling) at the front desk on 06/27/19 was wonderful. Personally came to the room to help us with the ?key?, arranged for a different room, moved our stuff, arranged for an early wake up call and got us a taxi for four am (no charge). She couldn?t have been better: a gem.
Disliked: Adequate facilities, just a bit shabby. We were fine with a comfortable bed and good a/c.

Disliked: Only thing that jumped out was a whole in the bathroom door where someone pushed the door hard enough to leave a hole. But it looks like they did one end of patching and not the other side

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had a lot of convenience as far as fridge and kitchen area and supplies
Disliked: The microwave wasn't working in one of the rooms and the bed wasn't stable the mattress would raise up at the top of the bed when you would sit at the foot of bed

Liked: I liked the fact that the hotel was close to the airport and local eateries.
Disliked: The lack of cleanliness. We arrived a little after midnight the morning of June 13th (Wednesday). Thursday I was able to get the trash taken out, but I had to ask if they could tidy up some Friday. The house keeper proceeded to tell me she wasn?t the 2nd floor attendant, but the 5th floors. Ok, so I spoke with the front desk staff and she assured me it would get done. We went about our day and come back to find NOTHING done; not vacuumed nor trash taken out. So on my way out I again stopped by the front desk to ask what the frequency of room cleaning services was and was told 7 days. I proceeded to tell her about having asked for my room to be tidied up twice with no success. The staff proceeded to tell me that if I needed new linens, towels or to take the trash out to just bring it downstairs and it would be taken care off. By no means do I ask that my room be serviced every day, but maybe every three days especially on a seven day trip. Also traveling with kids and messy rooms. You can see where it gets messy. My room never got serviced while I was there, during my 7 day visit. I?m only there to rest my head at night it?s not like I was staying in my room the whole time.
