Disliked: I had confirmed my reservation but when I arrived to check in, he didn't appear; they had sold more rooms than they had.

Poor

Liked: Desk staff gave us a free food item from the cupboard after checking me in to the wrong rooms.
Disliked: One desk staff for the entire hotel had to take ice to peoples rooms, get extra towels, check people in, and messed up my check in. I didn't see anyone else working there. Carpets needed to be vacuumed, high humidity so stairways and hallways smelled wet/moldy. Someone left my room with the AC set to 61 degrees when I first got there and the door handle was covered in condensation and dripping on the floor. Large crack in bathtub. Could be a decent place but the company needs to hire more staff and do some repairs.

Liked: The location was ideal and the housekeeper was wonderful. She had the most exceptional attitude on that Saturday morning. Loved her customer service!
Disliked: The bed seemed a little hard, so at times, it was uncomfortable. There was one bath cloth that had been washed so many times that upon using it, holes formed.

Disliked: Bathtub wasn’t cleaned and when I checked out I told them to put the charge on my credit card instead of my debit card and my debit card and credit card was charged Last time we stayed a similar thing happened where we decided to pay cash and they also charged my credit card and said there was no way they could print me a receipt, so in the in I couldn’t contest it.. so much for giving them another chance to prove to me that they were honest. Never again
