My day was very disappointing

Disliked: My family I were in town for my wedding. We chose your hotel because of the location and the room size option. After going checked in, about am hour and a half later, the power in the hotel room went out. We called the front desk several times as well as went down there and we were told that the maintenance person was not on site and that someone would get back to us. Needless to say, no one got back to us. We had food in the fridge that we had to throw out and my hairstylist that came to assist with getting everyone ready, could not plug in her hot tools and things to complete the job that we had already payed her for.I’m very disappointed in the way that this situation was handled, especially being that we were there for two nights and we were consistently told that there was nothing that they could do about it. I intend on reaching out to someone higher. I just needed to get over the Weekend and the wedding.

Disliked: No option to get breakfast in the morning.

Very affordable and clean.

Liked: It is a very nice facility. 90% of the amenities are free to guest. They only charge for a few things. I’ve never been to a hotel with free laundry. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and modern. I will be staying again.
