Superb

Great place to stay!

Liked: The room was more than I expected! The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly! Walking distance from stores and restaurants.
Disliked: It is hard to find something we didn't like!

Comfortable and accommodating

Liked: The staff was amazing and the water pressure was so satisfying. The bed was really firm too!

Family Day surprise

Liked: I loved the location was central to all everywhere I needed to go. I surprised my Godfather for church in Wilmington and my Mom in nursing home across Maryland line. It was a great visit & stay.
Disliked: I was in room #117 across from laundry room and door was open. Laundry piled up on floor and in the machines.

The state was very easy...

Liked: Most comfortable mattress! Very strong water pressure in shower. Extremely clean! Will be my stay next time.
Disliked: Access to parking lot. One entrance was closed due to construction. The 2nd entrance was easy access.

Exceptional

Liked: When we arrived to check in, the young man who received us was very kind with everything. Every question we asked him, he answered in a good manner. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was an Asian young man with glasses. Thanks to the excellent service provided by this young man every time we left or returned, my husband and I would stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: What we didn't like was that on the day we had to check out, which was around 2:30 am, the lady at the front desk (her attitude). I don't if she was having a bad day, but when we approached her to ask where to leave the keycards because we weren't sure, she gave the instructions reluctantly. My husband did greet her with a good morning, but she very seriously and boredly mumbled a greeting.Putting this aside, our stay was pleasant.
