Liked: advertisement exterior facade gives the hotel a look of comfort and good service
Disliked: check in staff, was not welcoming at all, very unfriendly, asked is any eating places in walking distance, very short "NO" no other suggestions. Moring staff very friendly, night staff, hard to find at 1 am, he did not have a clue on AC issues in my room 120, toilet was not filling up water closet, had to remove lid. mold around shower tub. ice make in fridge did not work. no other source of ice, had to ask front desk and would get a look of why are you bothering me.

Liked: The room was large and roomy with fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, and stove.
Disliked: The hotel needs an ice machine. The hotel wants you to rely on the room refrigerator to make ice. It is too slow and doesn’t make ice fast enough to meet the needs. First floor hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.

Very uncomfortable and couldn’t wait...

Liked: Location was nice. Exterior was inviting.
Disliked: The hallway and room wreaked of weed. The appliances in the kitchenette were old and the ice maker squeaked all night. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard palettes. The front desk personnel were not friendly. Brusk on check in and never was greeted once coming or going during my stay.
