Liked: The location is perfect. Only 15 min away from downtown with free parking. It does have a railway nearby and the trains are very active but we didnt hear them in our room so we didnt get disturbed at all. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
Disliked: I did find random items in the room. A cap from a bottle behind a door, a used floss pick on the floor, and our tv remote was behind a table with a lot of dust. Makes me wonder how deep they clean the rooms in general. But everything else was very clean.

Liked: I like that it was close to Vanderbilt. The staff was exceptional. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant. She listened to our concerns. She was able to put is in a room that was as far from the train tracks as possible. She did what she could.
Disliked: I was unaware that the hotel is 50 yards from the train tracks. The HVAC system could definitely use a good cleaning. We both woke up with sinus issues and sore throats that improved after we left the hotel. The toilet was wobbly. Just some small minor attention to detail will go a long way.

Disliked: Expensive for 1 night. Also for the cost; no complimentary breakfast or anything.
