Liked: I really like that it was close to where we needed to go to, the Lao temple. The staff was nice and accommodating
Disliked: The place looked outdated, the panel where you push for the elevator (up or down) was taped in place. The room had a strong stench, so strong that I had to drive to Walmart and got air freshener and a candle. One of the towels in our room had pubic here clinging to it still.

Liked: The staff was friendly and quick. The room was very nice, quiet, and roomy. Check in and out was fast and easy. I would come back.

Liked: Loved the staff and the convenience to my location.
Disliked: Toilet wouldn’t flush. Didn’t report it since it was slate when we realized it.

Decent place to stay…

Liked: The location was perfect and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel decorations are a bit dated and there was a bit of an odor in our room. Also, the fan on the AC does not have an auto mode so it runs all the time which was annoying.

Took advantage of

Disliked: Didn't like that it didn't show that I had reservation through Booking.Com and I had to pay for the room twice. And I was only staying there cause my mom was having breast cancer surgery.
