Liked: I booked this room in advance...
Disliked: This service was horrible as HELL one rude irritated young lady at the front and one lady in a computer chair sliding back in forth to the door interrupting every other word mid conversation, back to the front desk lady on the first night I was completely in SHOCK two of my cousins were murdered in a quadruple homicide, so I was definitely sad well first I was standing at the door awaiting for her to open it while I stood in waited it took so long til another person who was staying had walked in with there key ,I still was respectful I had watched this lady look me in my face twice before she answered the bell , it takes only a second to say give me a moment, I get into the building she's dry and definitely not customer friendly, I had already booked my room in advance due to all that was going on I forgot to transfer the money to my card ,so I had to use my husband's debit card to pay for the room and put the $25 fee on the card that was on file well shes irritated by now I had to get my husband's ID because I had to use his card,while doing all this I'm feeling really attacked because she's rude like I'm using someone else card to book my room with so we went to Front desk lady to Fraud prevention dept. Real quick ..

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The bed was so close to the wall you could not get in or out without crawling across or getting out from the foot of the bed. Carpet was extremely dirty. TV did not work.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: I couldn’t upgrade the person vehind the dest was very rude. She didn’t help me feel comfortable I wanted a one br not a studio but she wasn’t helpful in doing so. So my valentines was ruined cramped up all in one space.
