Liked: The staff was helpful and let us check in early. Room was actually more then I had expected, and even had a fully equipped kitchen. The tile in the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but shower had good pressure and I liked the newer finishes they used.

Liked: Always clean, friendly staff, cute rooms, stayed there several times now
Disliked: No food within walking distance, pay to park.

Liked: very clean and the room are huge.. they live up to the name suites.. would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Mobile.. eat at Bob's.. a cool place that has everything..
Disliked: the hotel no...wish that downtown restaurants stayed open past 3 on Sundays.. but other than that a great stay.. very comfortable..

Disliked: I got charged for parking but there was no indication there would be a charge

Disliked: I was overcharged for the rate and then charged 25.00 for some unknown reason. Not acceptable
