Bed was comfortable.front desk staff...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The side door does not have a lock and anyone could come in. I noticed cobwebs in the corner of the room. The bath tub stopper did not hold the water properly.

I would book again

Liked: It was quiet and clean,.friendly staff
Disliked: I didn't like that there was black tape over the smoke detector.

Attended family sports events, location...

Liked: It’s a bit difficult to find, being BEHIND the Holiday inn…

I will consider dealing directly...

Liked: Comfort of the main bed and pillows
Disliked: I booked for a king bed but on arrival they said none available. Said I should’ve booked directly with them to assure the request for the king bed.

Clean but poorly appointed room.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Not one USB port in the room. Only one side of the bed had a lamp to read by. No luggage rack. Had to ask front desk for a do not disturb sign.

Disliked: There was coaching crawling all over the counters.
