Comfortable and affordable

Liked: The rooms were clean, equipped as described with a kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee pot & dishes! Centrally located to restaurants and a Walmart across the street. The temperature in the room was also on point, as opposed to the hot weather outside!
Disliked: It didn't have a pool or more parking. Parking is limited, but was able to find spaces for both vehicles we drove up in.

Good place to stay

Liked: All ok. Two basin are a value if you want to prepare some food by your own.
Disliked: Nothing to complain.

Overall, better than the Hawthorn...

Liked: Better than some other ones I’ve stayed at in Midland, TX.
Disliked: Could’ve been a little cleaner. The bathroom fan was really loud in my room.
