Disliked: The room was very unclean and not ventilated, the sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping, I forgot my medicine in the refrigerator, every attempt to call them by phone to keep the medicine refrigerated was unsuccessful. And even after many attempts when they answered the phone and the clerks were unable to keep the medicine in the refrigerator, claiming that the cleaning company was not affiliated with them. In short, I was quite disappointed with the place for the reasons I mentioned.

Disliked: The front desk employee (Jasmine) has been very unpleasant with us and pretty rude. She insisted in giving us a room with 1 bed. We had to go 3 times to the reception to explain her, before she finally accepted to move us to another room.I also asked her if she would agree to speak me in spanish, which I manage much better than english - because I heard her speaking en spanish with a co-worker. She completely refused and laughed at me.
