Liked: There was no breakfast. The TV didn't work. The front desk lady said she'd relay the a message to the manager, but no one's called me about it yet. She said she could recommend extra points on my card so that I could stay somewhere else with the points.
Disliked: When I got back to the room. I wanted to relax and watch tv but it didn't work. There was a guy that was in the night duty and he couldn't get it to work either.
