The staff were professional, friendly and helpful!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; the bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows which I like. Although we didn't use the kitchenette except for coffee in the morning, it's always nice to have that available.
Disliked: Nothing.

Everyone was very friendly; room was clean. Loved the 'cupboard' where they had everything that you would need for very minimal cost - very convenient.

Disliked: A family member checked in and out the same night because the bed had hair all in the sheets and in the bathroom and blood on the night stand. When the front desk was told, their comment was " not again". I choose to cancel via email thru booking.com and after 2 days no response from the hotel about a refund. You should consider not having this place available on your site.

Disliked: There were SEVERAL strands of hair all in the bed, multiple types of hair. We immediately left.

Liked: Large refrigerator and nice mini kitchen. Everything you needed.
Disliked: Bed too small and because it is extended living, only clean once a week so if you are only there for a couple days, your room is not going to be cleaned but you can exchange towels.

Very disappointing between the communication...

Liked: When I checked in the gentleman at the desk was very pleasant
Disliked: I do not know if it is the hotel or booking.com but it was after midnight and I booked a room. I was told it was check-in that day and I had to pay twice. I requested cancellation. Your emails say you contacted them and they told me you did not. The toilet also did not work.
