Very good

Liked: The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was a great size and the kitchen made it feel like a small apartment. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to the UK hospital.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower is pretty low and the TV in the bedroom did not connect to the cable. The front desk did their best to make it right by giving us extra reward points.

Liked: Did not get to eat breakfast. Stayed for a hospital visit next door
Disliked: I was wanting the walk in shower for the hospital patient to be able to shower before surgery but didn’t get the tub requested.
