Exceptional

Facility uses feather pillows and...

Disliked: Told the front desk that we had a feather allergy. They stated that they stopped using feathers a long time ago. Went back to the room, the tag clearly stated inside stuffing was waterfowl feathers. Brought them to front desk and they weren’t apologetic despite the fact that this was a serious allergy issue. Had to use our own pillows from the car.

Liked: Location
Disliked: AC turned off at night.....very uncomfortable to sleep

the third floor was hot...

Disliked: I was billed $25 extra that I didn't spend

Other than the credit card...

Disliked: It took well over a month to get the security deposit taken off the credit card. I had to make multiple phone calls to get this resolved.

Disliked: as soon as you walked in, all you could smell was mildew

It was not very restful...

Liked: It was close to hwy and restaurants
Disliked: Their was a horrible smell in the room. I had to keep spraying air fresheners. The bed really needs to be replaced. When I checked after telling all of this to the desk clerk she didn’t say ok I will get this addressed or anything. I didn’t ask to switch rooms because that had us on the 1st floor and I didn’t want that and he said not sure I we have any other rooms, but then he gave us the room on the second floor.
