Liked: Location only, otherwise it’s way too overpriced for the condition of the hotel and hair in the bathroom. Besides that our friend experienced dirty sofa and asked to change the room and asked them to clean. Am hour later another friend gets into that still dirty room, which no one even came in to check! Worst experience ever for the hotel.

Liked: The location was perfect and I loved that they accommodate pets.
Disliked: They called me the morning of my stay to say that a “mechanical issue” had occurred and they didn’t have a room for my 90 year old parents and me. They wanted to move us to another hotel 30 minutes away. This created a very stressful situation and I asked for a better resolution. They said they would call me back but they did not. When I called them they said they had a cancellation and had a room that would accommodate 3 people. I was glad for this but it created a significant amount of stress.

Terrible. Incompetent Staff

Liked: Nothing. Horrible experience. First I was called by the first desk to tell me they didn’t have a room for us even though we were already booked and fully paid.
Disliked: Staff was not friendly or helpful. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but they claimed to only have a room with one queen bed. They offered dirty blow up mattress for the floor. And the room smelled like fried fish. Gross! We didn’t stay, we booked at another property .
