Liked: Absolutely adored the friendly staff. Brandi, Cathy, and Vivek were great. Vivek, although very busy with work, went out of his way to accommodate my requests.
Disliked: The housekeeping does bare minimum. They just provide the appearance of clean, but not clean at all. They also don’t provide service upon request if you ask. I didn’t encounter one that spoke fluent English. Also, please clean the elevator doors daily , the buttons inside and out. Drip stains, from who knows what, every day on the outside elevator buttons.

Liked: i liked that its family oriented and has a pool with a lift that works for disabled people like me can swim an the ada rooms are amazing
Disliked: that when i went to use the swimming pool lift none of the batteries worked and couldnt swim and that was the whole reasoning on booking it so i could swim i dont live far from here so the only reason was for the lift and pool and i couldnt. asked if i could get a free stay because of it an still had to pay another 129$ told me they couldnt refund me my money because i booked through booking an to contact you guys so thats what im doing

Liked: There was no breakfast at this property.Our suite was great! Large, well appointed, the bathroom was great. Nice towels and shower.
Disliked: Would like breakfast included.

Disliked: Housekeeping is not offered during the stay unless you ask for it. That leaves the customer to get themselves new towels each day or when needed. And there was no breakfast offered except in the „pantry“. I knew breakfast wasn’t included but often IHG hotels have the option to purchase breakfast.

Liked: I checked out and left this dump!!!
Disliked: Charged my wife’s credit card after we told them to switch and use my card at check in, two charges for the same room and being given the runaround, going on 3 weeks now, she still hasn’t been reimbursed and I still don’t have my $40 deposit fee, the front desk staff is a joke!!!

The hotel was very nice....

Liked: The comfort and how quiet it was. Also the onsite laundry.
Disliked: The cookies sold at the little store in the lobby were expired. But still sold to us. but when I went to the desk and told them about it. She let my daughter pick out anything she wanted to snack on and told us that she would take a look and get rid of expired items.
