Second time staying here and...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room smelled of cigarette smoke and cleaning solutions, bath towels were stained. The bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all. Hard time understanding the night shift desk clerk; spoke quickly and didn’t have very good English.

Good overnight stay, spacious room...

Liked: Food pantry thing they have, snacks available at any time! Spacious kitchen with fully stocked utensils and kitchenware!
Disliked: Staff. The over night didn’t seemed thrilled to be there. Had an attitude with my wife as we didn’t know that the amount of $ from the snacks gets put on after check out.

Very good

Liked: It was clean, stocked with the dishes we needed. Friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: The plug in the kitchen didn't work and it was inconvenient to unplug our stuff and plug in the coffee pots and toaster and then unplug and move everything back every day.

Disliked: Asked for a quiet room. Was assigned a room with semi trucks directly outside my window who ran their engines all night long. This was not I-35 road noise. This was parked trucks on hotel property.
