Nice Little Hotel For The...

Liked: We had a late flight (landing at 9:30 pm) from Denver and wanted to stay in Orlando before traveling to St Augustine the next day. It was the perfect distance, because we only had an hour and 40 minutes to continue on to St Augustine. The staff was so friendly at the late hour we checked in, much appreciated! The room was clean and large.
Disliked: Not much. Our room was on the side by the highway. It was a tad noisy, but not terrible. Certainly could have been worse. The parking lot is a bit small, but we were able to find parking, so no big deal.

This wasn't my best experience.

Liked: I always like the location and the staff that works there. I have always chosen this location when I come to the Sanford areas. My husband and stay here often.
Disliked: Upon getting into bed Saturday night, I noticed a bug on the sheets. When I tried to kill it, it jumped. When I tried to kill it a second time, it jumped again, which lead me to believe it was a flea. I finally killed but awakened with flea bites on my inner thigh, on my stomach and my wrist. I am beyond disappointed by the lack of care given to the rooms. On Sunday, as we checked out, I noticed a German Shepard, without any indication of being a therapy pet. In addition, we say more dogs in the rooms on the 2nd floor and am now aware that this facility is pet friendly, but does not have the tools to ensure the pets are pest free and/or do not dedicate room to guests traveling with pets.

Liked: The room was cute. Bed was comfortable and clean
Disliked: I saw two roaches and didn’t have regular code on room just decaf( the did have a coffee machine by the office area). The front office people didn’t seem too friendly.

Good hotel to use for...

Liked: Cleanliness of the Hotel.
Disliked: No house keeping when the stay was over 8 days.House keeping was requested during my stay and house keeping never cleaned our room.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Could have been cleaner Fix the lock on the bathroom and bedroom, neither of the doors locked.

Bugs

Liked: At first sight looked very clean, room was large, full size refrigerator and kitchen, location to airport
Disliked: Room infested with Roaches! Checking out in the middle of night

Disappointing

Liked: ...
Disliked: We didn't have a TV remote. The carpets were dirty, the bathroom was gross. There was no one at the desk when we were leaving. The smell of the hotel was not good. If I hadn't already payed for my room and was there for an emergency trip I would have found somewhere else to stay.
