Liked: Greeted by staff with smiles and so cheerful. Made you feel like you were welcome. Even went out of their way to come help hook up a PlayStation.
Disliked: Being on the 5th floor. Lol

Liked: very friendly staff was very accommodating
Disliked: The entire reason I found out about this hotel was by finding the Tesla chargers on my Tesla app while I was driving, so I was counting on being able to charge my Tesla. When I got there, one of the Tesla chargers was totally ripped off its pedestal and the other one was completely dead with no power. Luckily there was a supercharger a couple miles away, but it was a lot less convenient and cost me another 30 bucks or so.

Disliked: I made a reservation two months in advance for a room with two queen size beds for my cousin and I. Check in time is at 3:30pm we received a call from one of the emu stating that we have until 2:30am to check in. We We arrive to the hotel at 12am and our room was given away and we had to pay for two rooms. Very unacceptable and
