Liked: Reserved 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Received 2 rooms with 1 bed each and staff said there was nothing they could do because of renovations. We had people sleeping on the floor.

Liked: Super staff, unexpected kitchen amenities, warm and comfortable and CLEAN! We are so impressed, will stay here again as we travel cross country!
