Crew very rude, place very...

Liked: It was a good location.
Disliked: Very duty, they didn’t change the bedsheets or towels, the room had a horrible duty smell. We talked to the concierge, and she was rude saying is a long stay hotel and they change the bedsheets every 11 days. So we request some clean bedsheets and towels and she gave us. Can you imagine a hotel that you have to change your own bedsheets? When we changed the pillowcases, pillows were so duty that we could not stand, and we left the place.

Ok for the price

Liked: Hotel looks run down but the room was ok.
Disliked: The entire building needs refreshing and the towel bar in the bathroom came off the wall.

Liked: Room was mostly clean and big
Disliked: Dirty shorts hung up behind bsthroom.door and front desk told ME to remove them. Ummm noCancelled room we had and paid extra for but couldnt tell us who cancelled it

Disliked: Everything from them barging in as soon as I got in my room to spray for roaches to the roaches in the cabinets to the trash in the room

Great getaway last minute find

Liked: Location for our particular visit to TN, allows dogs for a fee
Disliked: Some minor maintenance issues in room, such as the towel bar falling off the wall during the night

Disappointing

Liked: It was an older property, not well maintained.
Disliked: We asked to be moved because our first room was dirty and smelled of smoke.
