Good Stay!

Liked: We arrived for check-in super late. The first room was not clean and had a horrible odor. Perhaps a puppy accident? I returned to the front desk where I received a sincere apology and was immediately given a different room. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Check-out was a breeze, and airport shuttle driver was also nice. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in their lot for 10 days. Parking rates are way less than airport parking. Great staff, great amenities, and a clean room made for a fantastic stay. I will definitely stay here again!
Disliked: First room was filthy, but another room was quickly offered.

Great place to stay if...

Liked: Needed a good clean place to stay for a flight out of Knoxville. Fit the bill perfectly.
Disliked: It was a tiny bit noisy at times.

Very comfortable surroundings.

Liked: The staff was very friendly! I liked the fact of a full fridge and the size of room and size of bathrooom.

Liked: Great location, close to the airport. The staff was great and the room was clean.
Disliked: The pool was not open and didn’t look like it was in good shape. You could hear the people walking above our room.

Very underwhelming for $150

Liked: There was no breakfast!
Disliked: Water puddle on the floor in front of air conditioner King Size mattress needed to be rotated because it sagged really bad on the left side. Towels and washcloths were very thin and rough toilet had a dark stain at the bottom of the toilet I actually thought it was poop.
