Rude staff and you do...

Liked: Horrible experience, did not get the room i reserved and the staff was rude. I called booking and no one helped me and I was hung up three times. I expect some type of resolution since no one was willing to help.

Superb

Liked: Loved Pretty much everything. It was clean, it had a well equiped kitchen, and the staff were really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Shower did not drain well. Formed a standing pool within 15 seconds. I was told that all the pillows were feather pillows and I am allergic to feather pillows.

My stay was ok until...

Liked: It was close to shopping mall and restaurants.
Disliked: That I had to pay 2 different prices for each day.
