Would love to stay again.

Liked: The home away from home atmosphere. Very nice with comfortable beds. Drove a long way to be with my sister for her surgery. We needed a nice place to just rest. This hotel was just what we needed. Thank you!

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Not sure if I have enough space. Booked week or more in advance, we had a early appointment following day. Called a week prior inquiring about late check out. Was told you can only request at check in. RUDE! CHECK IN, went to check in clerk on cell no biggie. After bout 5 minutes she asked can I help you. Preceded w/check in she handed paper to sign. I looked down for pen. I asked her for one, they are to your right. My bad I looked to my right thinking I missed , no it was literally 2 foot to my right. No eye contact. OK wow 2 diff clerks rude. Received 4th floor not ideal but there's a elevator. Went to get husband & kid. No cart , I say didn't see one. Long drive packed up get to elevator, out of service. I looked backed and asked we really have climb all those flights of stairs. She said my bad shift change forgot to tell you. Can you let us no where the stairs are. All the way down this hallway and all the way down other, your room in middle. As I was walking down hallway 2 keepers were talking, I smiled we all made eye contact , I said excuse me so I can pass. Nope , no moving let me pass till I got close and said excuse me No there was no cart etc. I was really disappointed at this visit to this location.

Walking distance to cable dahmer...

Liked: The rooms were clean, nice kitchenette and great location to the venue for a concert. 1 day visit so we didn't get to use any amenities, but it's nice that there were options. Would definitely stay again.
