Could use a cleaning

Liked: The room was very nice and spacious..
Disliked: Need to clean the hallway and elevator carpet. Wash the windows

Rude staff and you do...

Liked: Horrible experience, did not get the room i reserved and the staff was rude. I called booking and no one helped me and I was hung up three times. I expect some type of resolution since no one was willing to help.
