If we stay in Jonesboro...

Liked: The location was close to campus.
Disliked: The facilities were old and dated and had a stuffy smell. The hotel did not honor our request for rooms close together. It did not provide a complementary breakfast.

Disappointing

Liked: Our room was fairly clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It took hours to get a room key for our daughter that worked. They told me I needed to repay for my room that I had paid for through PayPal. Then came back and said my card only paid for one room. Then came back again and said it went on PayPal. It was horrible I am looking now to see how many times I was charged for our two rooms.
