Liked: We arrived late and the room style I thought I requested wasn’t what I got so the front desk made sure to accolade my families needs. I really appreciated it and the room was already updated for the most part the only thing that could have been better was the AC in the room . Overall it was clean and I felt very safe there.
Disliked: The AC wasn’t the best.

Nice stay yet once again...

Liked: Clean room, kitchenette with dishes a plus. Had issues with TV but front desk guy helped. Spacious room nice bathroom. Staff was great, longer wait for check in than I expected. Overall nice stay has stayed a few times before when I come home to visit.
Disliked: The bed was too soft for us. My body ached when I got out of it.

Grossed out stay that put...

Liked: The beds were at least comfortable, the dishwasher worked well and although the refrigerator sounded like it was about to launch into space when it turned on, it kept all of our necessities cold.
Disliked: First, the stairwells smelled like stale cat/dog pee and our room smelled like a fruity Las Vegas casino that’s trying to cover up the cigarette smoke. Both sensations were very unpleasant. Second, our shower drain wasn’t working and would pool within 90 seconds of beginning a shower. The only way to drain it was to squat or kneel and hold the drain toggle in a precise spot to drain the tub. My wife also mentioned it was not properly cleaned upon arrival as there were several pubic hairs left around the rim of the tub. Third, large, vocally and physically aggressive dogs shouldn’t be allowed in hotels. I guarantee the one we encountered is not a service animal as it had to be restrained while it barked and growled at my 3-year old daughter when getting off the painfully slow elevator. Last, the pool cleanliness or lack there of was unacceptable. It was dirtier than a retention pond and that really upset our family the night we got in as we hoped to enjoy a family evening in the pool area before we settled in for the night. One more thing, I was only offered “points” upon check out. I could not care less about points as our family only travels 3-4 times per year. Sadly, we will never be staying at this hotel ever again for our annual Indy 500 trip.
