Liked: We did not stay at this hotel. It is Hard to find but once we got there the hotel looked nice. We checked in and then were informed the elevators were not working. We were on our way to a cruise and there is no way we could get 4 suitcases up to 4th floo

Liked: Nice, quiet, clean.
Disliked: Had a problem unstopping the tub drain. One person took a shower and the water did not drain out so the 2nd person didn?t get to shower.

Comfortable and friendly like home...
Liked: Our king kitchenette was clean and inviting. The staff was always inviting and the daily room service was great!
Disliked: The signage to arrive could be better. It is hidden in there. It took us a bit to find it but once we did we were very pleased with our stay all the way around.
