Liked: Nothing I liked about the stay!!! There were roaches every time you came back to the room after couple hrs. Room was hot ac didn't cool down the bedroom. Floors and carpet were sticky couches stained. The outside of building looked really nice, but inside was a disaster was wanting to cancel but didn't have the funds to get a different place cuz refund would of took days to get back. Called to talk to manager when he was in but was told by front desk that he was busy to leave number for him to call back and I'm still waiting for the call back this was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in Houston for dr visits. The elevators smelled like urine when you got off elevator the hall to the rooms carpet was all stained and smelled like urine. Do not go by the pictures on the internet it's a huge scam. Never staying here again and will let anyone that goes to steer away from here. When walking out to put luggage away some manager lady came out asking of we were already checking out.RUSHED.

Disliked: Dirty towels, old furniture and alarm system, fungus on window corners, leaking shower, one room cold and one hot.

Liked: Mold on my pillows Every time I would leave my room, I would have to go downstairs for them to reactivate my key my sofa and rug had stains Towels had stains
Disliked: The yard is messy parking lot is dirty

Bed ok and a/c worked...

Disliked: Icemaker broke again. Maintenance said it was fixed and NEVER made a piece of ice. No coffee pot, no toaster. I let them know at check out and answer was I’m sorry. Last stay, icemaker didn’t work, they changed out and had 6pieces ice next morning. A/C didn’t work and they changed out.
