Not clean and uncomfortable.

Liked: The kitchenette in the room was very nice.
Disliked: The mattress was hard as a rock. There were several hairs under the sheets. There was makeup smears on the sheets.

Liked: The scenery from our room was awesome. there was an alligator right outside our window The staff was great i love the spa across the street. Everything was close and walking distance, Walmart, Burlington's everything, our main reasoning for coming was the bowling alley and it was right around the corner. We will be staying there again next year.For the next tournament,
Disliked: I didn't like the fact you didn't have complimentary breakfast in a laundry room other than that, everything was great

Liked: Clean. Comfortable beds. Daytime staff was really great.
Disliked: Evening staff who handled check in was rude. Double charged us… which the day staff caught and corrected. Sent us off with two key cards that didn’t open the door.

Not worth the money

Liked: The location was okay.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, the room smelled funny, and after my stay, I had bite marks on me from something. I was itchy and red on my stomach and neck. The reason why I booked this location is because I have had beautiful experiences at other Candlewood Hotels. This one did not meet my expectations at all. I feel as though it didn't give me the feel of what the Candlewood brand stands for. It reminded me of a Motel 6

Liked: The room was clean and Mrs. Kim was nice.
Disliked: Mrs. Kim told us Friday night when we checked in if we needed our room clean someone would clean it. We'll Saturday nobody cleaned it. False advertisement.
