Exceptional

Overall a nice facility, but...

Liked: The room was nice, spacious , the staff especially the front desk very friendly. Overall clean.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit cover came off, at that point I noticed mold and heavy dust, and rust inside the unit. I pleasantly let the desk know and will send a picture. I would suggest replacing. Also we asked for room service, and never got it.
