Superb

Won't stay again.

Liked: Location good. Clean. Quiet. Close to restaurant.
Disliked: Control for water flow from bath to shower did not work. No breakfast available. Take away coffee cups do not fit the lids, so impossible to take early morning coffee in the car. Ice maker turned off. Not good value for the price.

Passable

Liked: Room was big. Had everything we needed.
Disliked: The first room was dirty and the bed was stripped of the old linens and was just a mattress pad and pillows. The attendants seemed very bored and could care less about being at work. Didn't say sorry just let's see if we have a different room.

Bad

Liked: Close to the outlet mall and restaurants.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was nasty and had little hairs all over the floor and the room stunk with cigarette smoke. The guy at the front desk switched us to a different room and it was cleaner but the toilet would not stop running.

Nice stay. Free coffee was...

Disliked: But bathroom needed caulking, new bath spout and better towels. One of the towels was dingy gray.

Terrible place to stay

Disliked: The tvs have cameras on them. They try and record you!

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The hotel was dirty. There were stains on the curtains and bedding. The fridge, stove, floor, lamp, and bathtub edge were all visibly dirty. The bedsheets on one of the beds had sticky spots of what I assume to be detergent. There were several bugs in the room, mainly Japanese beetles and a couple spiders.

Liked: I love this hotel, I’m never disappointed. If I’m in the area for work or stopping through I always stay here. Always clean comfortable and safe.
