Exceptional

Liked: Comfortable bed, high water pressure in the shower, lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms. I'm planning to come back when my family does this trip again.
Disliked: The only issue I had was that I had issues getting into the room and had to go back to the front desk twice to get into the room.

Liked: We liked the kitchenette. It made things easy. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: No housekeeping, so leave a broom in the room for guests. The constant outside noise at plant next door made sleeping at night impossible. Pull out sofa was nasty dirty. We cleaned it up. Found toothbrush and food in it.

Disliked: If I could rate it at a zero I would.Room door was open. Walked in the room and it smelled like urine and wasn't cleaned at all. Bought cleaning products to sanitize and clean the room. When I say everything was wrong it was wrong down to the staff. Bugs in the room, torn comforter etc.

Relax and take in the area

Liked: We had an issue getting into our room. Not only did they give me new room keys, they escorted me back to our room to make sure it opened and he inspected the door and saw the problem. The bed was so comfortable. I don't sleep very well, but here I was able to get a little more than 4 straight hours. It was so peaceful and pleasant.
Disliked: I wish we could have stayed another night to really explore the beautiful area and all there is to see.
