Our room was great. Very clean; had everything we needed; beds were comfy too; overall nice place to stay and I would recommend to anyone going to Grand Rapids.

I would Recommend it to...

Liked: It was nice and clean. Staff members were very pleasant and accommodating. The kitchen was a bonus.
Disliked: Air conditioner was not working. T.V. service was low quality.

The stay was fine for...

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: The bathroom needed updating, broken fan (hanging from ceiling), shelving was old and tattered. The hallways, walls etc need some updating.

Decent option for in/out overnight...

Liked: Clean and convenient.
Disliked: Wish they’d told us that we had to notify them in advance to take the airport shuttle. Had to pay $20 for a Lyft because we couldn’t wait an hour for it to show up.
