Loved big bathroom and shower,...

Liked: Suites very roomy. Kitchen is awesome ,clean well stocked with utensils. The large bathroom was a huge step up from most comparable hotels we have staid at in Gillette with is a half dozen. The shower is huge and water stream top tier.
Disliked: I booked on booking dot com. Apparently I thought because it said queens there were two in each room. I was traveling with three kids and the town was quite booked up. Two queen beds for the price was a giant disappointment. It was part my error but it stunk. The hotel staff did offer two roll a way beds, one for each room at no cost which made the difference. Only real grip was a client across the hall had their TV on extremely loud 24/7 and staff said he stayed there a lot and knocked on door but didn't get it resolved.

Disliked: Door wouldn’t open. Batteries needed changing. They changed them and it still wouldn’t work. They had to call the manager and she came and fixed it.
