Was a nice room, but...

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: Was not informed that the only ice was in our freezers- but needed to be turned on. So we had no ice. Was gong to a sports tournament so was not good.

Nice place bad customer service

Liked: Was nice and clean
Disliked: The female receptionist was very rude. I worked for IHG Hotels for more than 10 years and the way that dark skin lady treated us was awful and didn’t show any respect and didn’t even answer when me and my wife greeted her. And what she said was “ID “ then she said I want to get you out of here unless you want to spend your night at the front desk !
