Disliked: The ladies at check-in (approximately 11p) were talking about how they weren’t going to finish laundry and let it sit and how there were two pet rooms that were stayed in and needed cleaned, but they weren’t going to clean them. It could be saved for someone else. That is gross. Those pets could’ve had fleas or anything else. I also saw a baby cockroach in the lobby and felt the need to check our room for bedbugs. When we opened the sofa bed, there were crumbs all over the sheets obviously letting us know that it hadn’t been cleaned. My husband also found two socks under the sofa that were not ours.
