Very good

Liked: Quiet, clean, comfortable... very friendly staff who were helpful and wonderful with not only us but our dogs. Very welcoming to the dogs.

Good overall!

Liked: It is by the mall and it’s not bad at all to drive to downtown or other areas. Clean and quiet!
Disliked: The shower pressure wasn’t great. Elevator is kind of slow.

You don’t get what you...

Liked: Staff overall was nice
Disliked: The room we got was dirty it was gross. Food splattered everywhere chair was stained, shower was dirty full of mold , stove , fridge, dishwasher had food splattered everywhere chair, salt shakers dirty , beds smelled clean didn’t look clean I woke up with a rash my daughter with eye infection . We did ask for a manager no one was available until morning. I showed manager how gross room was I was told I would get a partial refund I was charged for entire room took 2 weeks to get anything I won’t be returning

The rooms were clean and...

Liked: The room was clean. The staff very helpful. They put our rooms side by side, as requested.
Disliked: This hotel charged a large amount for what it is. Its an older hotel and the rooms show it. It was clean but very outdated.
