Hotel was good, staff wasn’t.

Liked: Loved having a little kitchen in the room.
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude!

A NIGHTMARE!!!

Liked: The two people ‘of color’ who checked me in and assisted me were wonderful! The sadness is how filthy and sunken in the bed was…by ‘American hippos’ no reflection of the staff.
Disliked: Nightstands were covered in ‘sticky stuff’, floors were also unclean…Specifically, covered in sticky stuff from droppings from the counters.People are gonna want to keep your shoes on -ALSO, HUGE balls of hair ****SOOO NASTY..on the floor!The ‘free’ washers and dryers were Soo BEYOND DIRTY/scummy/filthy….Im ANGRY to be charged money to be subjected to this CRAP!!!! I’ve gotta continue warning other people with any standards….this won’t stop here!!!…glad to add…YouTube,TikTok,instagram,etc

Disliked: Was charged twice, once by booking.com, once by hotel, and CAN NOT get reimbursed by either! Very frustrating.
