Good for the price

Liked: Staff was super super nice, and it was a good location for getting to the beach.
Disliked: No one cleaned the room in our 4 day stay, towels were not replaced, had to ask for towels every day and one day they said they had no clean towels

Liked: Went into the first room and nothing was cleaned, dirty dishes in the sink bed not made the bathroom was a mess. I asked for a different room and luckily got one. It was somewhat nicer but still not very clean.
Disliked: Cleanliness

Disliked: Need more towels. Didn't like how you have to go around the mall parking lot then back into the main road just to access the hotel parking lot

Miserable

Liked: Room was comfortable and nice
Disliked: The staff harassed me about payment for room that was already paid for and threatened to kick me out. We had confirmation from booking.com that it was paid for, but they still continued to harass me and my partner our whole stay. Not happy with staff treatment.

Exceptional

Liked: The area and atmosphere was very nice.
Disliked: When we came to check in whoever was in charge was too busy watching there phone and it took husband almost 15 minutes to get us checked in. Mind you we didn't make it in til after 2am. Other than that I can't complain!
